When I started this blog, I was employed by Miyoko’s Kitchen. I was part of the production crew that makes artisan cashew-based cheeses and VeganButter. The postings on this site do not necessarily reflect the views of Miyoko’s Kitchen.

I have moved on and now help bring happiness to dogs and cats and to their pet parents.

During a stressful time, during a previous career, I discovered the joy of baking bread. I am particularly fond of making loaves of struan (from Peter Reinhardt’s Whole Grain Breads), chocolate babka (from the Vegan Dad blog), and various pizzas, focaccias, naan and breadsticks.
